DESCRIPTION
We began by thinking about the relationship between people and their possessions, particularly among people who live in cities, have limited space, commonly rent their apartments, and move frequently. The Kartong System facilitates the organization and display of the carefully curated collection of objects that roam with you from space to space in the urban environment.

Using corrugated cardboard laminated with Formica, the system's shelves can be both lightweight and very strong. The use of manufactured cardboard was extended to the upright structure as well, allowing a single material to cover most of the system and enabling users to replace key components themselves at an affordable price.
